I learned a lot about weights and how to use them! I used to not think that weights were necessary in my workout routine, but now I will definitely continue house them in my workouts. I definitely improved my jumping skills as well as my speed. These skills showed in my summer league sports programs. I also feel and look stronger . I truly felt that I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and because of this, I was successful in my post testing improvements. Thank you so much for a wonderful camp and for helping me improve my skills!
