Please note, there will be a break during the 4th of July weekend from Thursday, July 1st through Monday, July 5th. The HS & MS Session will conclude after 6 weeks on Thursday, July 8th. The CPA Volleyball & Football camps will conclude towards the end of July.
CPA Volleyball:12:00-1:15 pm (Incoming Girls 9th-12th)

High School Session:1:15-2:45 pm (Incoming Boys/Girls Grades 9th-12th)
-Camp is held Mondays-Thursdays
Middle School Session:2:45-4:15pm (Incoming Boys/Girls Grades 6th-8th)
-Camp is held Mondays-Thursdays
CPA Football:4:30-6:30pm (Incoming Boys 9th-12th) (Camp days/times subject to change

Our Summer Athletic Performance Camp is a complete program for athletes that want to become their best!
Each Athlete will be tested on: Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 10/20/40 yard Dash, Pro Agility and weight/waist. At the end of summer camp they will be post tested to see the results of their hard work!
All athletes at this camp will take part in the weight training portion of the camp to learn how to lift/move in the weight room to bulletproof their bodies and to help build a bigger engine for their field of play.
This is like no other camp you have seen, mechanics are a part of every drill and movement, this is not just a conditioning camp. It is a Performance Camp!

I learned a lot about weights and how to use them! I used to not think that weights were necessary in my workout routine, but now I will definitely continue house them in my workouts. I definitely improved my jumping skills as well as my speed. These skills showed in my summer league sports programs. I also feel and look stronger . At practice Paige hit it out of the park. I heard a couple of girls say "wow, Paige has gotten fast!" Paige has always very much been known for NOT being fast! I learned how to be a better athlete all around. I really liked how we did things in the weight room. I improved on my squats a ton, and it showed in my speed improvements. I am glad to have Bobby as our new Strength and Speed trainer.
This was the best conditioning camp that i’ve attended. I became a lot faster, and I was able to control my body/direction a lot better. I liked the sessions in the gym because they worked my muscles as well as my cardio. I also became stronger in the weight room, and can actually do a few pull-ups now.
I improved on weights a ton, quickness and change of direction which will help me beat my opponents on the court. I also improved my vertical, and although I am short, at least I can get my hand up close enough to make a difference and get rebounds.
I loved this camp. It was a very long and hard program and I loved that. I improved most I’m my agility and I really loved the fact that we lifted everyday along with the other workouts. Thanks for everything you did for us.
I really improved a lot during the camp. I learned to react quicker by dropping my hips. I was always told to keep my eyes up. I got so much stronger in my arms and legs, and I am very proud of it. You gave us lots of advice especially about knees and all of the reminders helped. I loved how you were positive and encouraging.
I really liked this camp. Normally I don’t like to work out in the summer but I looked forward to it everyday! I learned a lot this summer, I learned how to drop my hips and turn my body toward the direction I am running in better. I am very excited to have you all throughout the school year! I feel like I improved a lot this summer and I am very grateful for all that you have done.
I enjoyed the weight lifting program the most, and I improved a lot with my weights. I feel like because of this program, this summer has been my most productive summer yet as an athlete, and I know that my performance this year in sports will be greatly better than last year.
I improved on flexibility, footwork, and my vertical. I liked that this was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done. I know I improved and and ready for this season to play.

I am writing on behalf of Bobby Davis. Bobby has been an outstanding resource for FireFC. His training sessions are educational, demanding, challenging and disciplined. Most importantly, what he is doing has great value to the players. It not only helps with performance, but certainly helps to teach proper technique and most certainly helps players to reduce the incidence of injury. I would highly recommend Bobby to any club or individual looking to become a better athlete.
My son Seth started with Bobby in the fall of 2015. Seth loves to play soccer! As his season started he began to play goal keeper more and more. As he was learning goal keeper skills, we wanted to help him with his jumping, speed, and agility as well. Bobby has improved those skills greatly with Seth. Seth's coaches have asked what we have been doing and we tell them about Titan Strength and Speed. Seth had a great season as a goal keeper and was recognized by his team mates and coaches.
