Speed, Agility and Core Classes

We prorate if you start after 2nd week of any session, call or sign up now to give your athlete the Strength of America advantage!!

This camp is a must for any athlete!


  1. Each athlete will work speed (acceleration/deceleration), Power development (jumping/landing), Coordination, Reaction time & Multidirectional Speed (how to change direction/cut).
  2. Mechanics of body positions/angles and how to create force and absorb force, will be taught in a progression to further enhance learning of movement and how to move safely, along with increased performance.
  3. Each day is comprised of Speed/Agility/Power & Conditioning work.
  4. Weight Training will entail strength/mobility/stability development to help enhance movement capabilities and durability!
  5. Each Athlete will fill out a 2 day Energy Chart so they learn exactly what they are putting into their bodies. This is a major part of this camp if they truly want to excel in athletics! Education on hydration and eating properly to prepare for the season done daily at camp!
  6. Camp taught by Bobby Davis, Chandler Prep. Strength & Speed Coach.

Middle School athletes are welcome to attend the intro to weight training class from 5:00-5:30 PM prior to the Speed/Agility & Core Conditioning class from 5:30-6:30 PM. There will be no additional fee for this intro to weight training class. PayPal will be charged by Strength of America
